The Arm Cortex-A processor family is intended for devices that perform complicated computational activities such as hosting a rich operating system platform and supporting several software applications. Cortex-A32 is a low-power 32-bit processor with ultra-high efficiency that is appropriate for a wide range of embedded and IoT applications.
Because the ARM cortex microprocessor is a 32-bit microcontroller, all instructions are 32 bits long and executed in a single cycle. It is made up of an instruction set that can execute arithmetic, logical, and boolean operations. Because the ARM architecture has a load-store architecture, instructions are performed conditionally.
Arm Limited develops 32-bit and 64-bit RISC multicore CPU designs. The CPUs have a substantially smaller instruction set than Intel processors, which are based on the complex instruction set computing (CISC) architecture.
